Prototyping

Prototypes and test samples in rapid tooling.

WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME, WE PRODUCE HIGH-QUALITY PLASTIC PARTS FROM SERIES MATERIAL BY MEANS OF INJECTION MOLDING.

This enables you to inspect your prototype without having to manufacture a costly series tool. Our portfolio also includes the execution of tool function sampling and the production of small series up to the initial sample inspection report (EMPB).

If you need a 3D prototype made of series material in form and function to put the series tool developed on the PC through its paces, we will produce this as an injection molded part - from original material if desired - from a prototype injection mold.

After all, the prototype should not only look good, but also reflect the function and properties of the later series product. You can check the readiness of the design for series production, validate all component functions, make modifications if necessary, and thus obtain reliable statements about the feasibility of the injection molding process after inspecting and testing the material. It also increases your chances of getting your product approved.
